Zucchini Brownies

Ingredients:

Wet ingredients

  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Dry ingredients

 

Steps:

  1. Start by adding the wet ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together, excluding the chocolate chips, and slowly pour the mixture into the bowl of wet ingredients.
  3. Mix well, then add in the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the mixture onto a baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 55 minutes and serve!
