]]>Vegan, Gluten-free, No bake, and filled with nourishing Kakaozon cacao. These superfood energy bars could not get anymore perfect. These are the perfect snack to give after a fun afternoon in the sun. The best part is that they are made with such simple and interchangeable ingredients and topped with chocolate! Ingredients
- Almonds
- Seeds
- Dates
- Cacao powder
- Cinnamon
- Chocolate chips
Steps
- Place almonds in food processor, blend until a fine, flour-like consistency is created
- Into the processor, add in all of the ingredients except the dates and chocolate chips
- Blend until everything is well combined
- Slowly add in the dates to create a sticky dough (if the mixture won't stick try adding 1 tablespoon of warm water and mix again)
- Add the mixture from the food processor into a baking pan lined with parchment paper
- Press the dough tightly into the pan
- Melt the chocolate down using a double boiler or in a microwave using 15 second increments and stirring often
- Spread the melted chocolate on top of the bars with a spatula
- Place the bars in the fridge for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate has hardened
- Take the bars out and cut into squares
- Serve and Enjoy! (Bars can be stored in a sealed container for 2 weeks in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer)

- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 72% Dark chocolate chips

- In a mixing bowl combine the coconut flakes and coconut cream well
- In a plate and on a baking sheet, lay out the coconut mixture into 4-5 small oval shaped bars
- Refrigerate the coconut bars for 30 min or until completely hardened
- In a microwave safe bowl, melt your chocolate chips using 15 second increments until fully melted. Allow the chocolate to cool just a bit but not harden
- Dip the solid coconut into the melted chocolate and refrigerate again until solid
- Enjoy or store in the refrigerator to enjoy later!

1. In a large bowl, combine the oats, cacao powder, 1/3 cup coconut, flaxseed, cranberries, chocolate chips, and chia seeds. This will be MIXTURE 1
2. Stir combination until well combined
3. In a separate bowl, add in the almond flakes, 1/4 cup coconut. This will be MIXTURE 2
4. In a small pot, warm the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla on a low/medium heat until all contents are completely melted
5. Mix together the melted peanut butter combination with MIXTURE 1. Then spread it even on a non-stick baking sheet. Allow this to sit for 5-10 minutes in a cool, dry area
6. Finally, spread MIXTURE 2 over top of your bars and enjoy!

- 2 cups cornstarch
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons (6 teaspoons) baking powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Dulce de Leche
- Kakaozon white chocolate
Steps
- In a bowl combine the cornstarch, flour, baking powder, and your cacao powder
- With an electric mixer or whisk, mix together the butter, egg yolks, vanilla, in a separate bowl
- Sift together the dry ingredients into the wet mixture
- Refrigerate dough at least 30 minutes
- With a circular cookie cutter, cut small circles throughout the dough
- Bake dough for 11-13 minutes at 350 degrees
- Spread dulce de leche filling on the baked cookie and sandwich them together. Spreading the filling on the perimeter as well
- Roll the sandwiched cookie in white chocolate pieces

- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon dulce de leche
- In a large bowl whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, flour, and cacao powder
- Warm a pan to a medium temperature and add oil or butter to the pan
- Evenly spread your "panqueque" mixture around the entire pan and flip to the other side once the bottom is firm/cooked through
- Once fully cooked, add in the dulce de leche filling (or peanut butter) and the toppings of your choice
