Overnight Tiramisu

This Overnight Tiramisu recipe is high in protein AND made WITHOUT protein powder. A quick and delicious way to consume 25g of protein, this Tiramisu recipe also consists of heart-healthy oats for texture and strong coffee accents to resemble the original Tiramisu flavor. The yogurt helps create that creamy texture in the dessert, and it is mixed with our 100% Organic Cacao Powder to bring out the sweetness from the coffee beans. Ingredients:

  • 45 grams oats
  • 90 milliliters milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 50 grams yogurt
  • 3 milliliters coffee
  • cacao powder

Steps:

  1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly
  2. Place into refrigerator overnight
  3. Top off the creamy mixture with how ever much cacao powder you desire and enjoy!
