Chocolate "panqueques" recipe

A breakfast luxury! Chocolate Panqueques are fun and exciting new option you can try as your next breakfast meal. So easy to customize to your liking yet so simple to make, but the best part is that this recipe is the perfect sharing size. Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon dulce de leche

Steps:

  1. In a large bowl whisk together the milk, egg, vanilla extract, flour, and cacao powder
  2. Warm a pan to a medium temperature and add oil or butter to the pan
  3. Evenly spread your "panqueque" mixture around the entire pan and flip to the other side once the bottom is firm/cooked through
  4. Once fully cooked, add in the dulce de leche filling (or peanut butter) and the toppings of your choice
