Chocolate Covered Banana Bites
Looking for an easy and fun way to spice up those bananas in your kitchen? Well what if we told you, you can use them to make a snack that will leave everyone wanting more? Made with our 72% Dark chocolate chips, these dark chocolate covered banana bites are still so sweet yet healthy. Dairy- free, vegan, and loaded with superfoods, it is the perfect thing for a fun day out or a late night snack.
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup 72% dark chocolate chips
- Melt down the chocolate chips in 30 second increments, stirring after each time
- In a blender or food processor, combine 1 whole banana and the melted chocolate chips
- Using silicone molds, add in the banana mixture and refrigerate for 1 hour
