  4. Once the mixture is even, add the vanilla, lemon juice, and buttermilk, mixing these ingredients until the batter is a smooth texture and even color
  5. Using a sifter, add the flour, baking powder, and salt to ensure that there are no clumps in the dry ingredients and combine thoroughly
  6. Separate ½ cup of blueberries and gently smash them in a bowl with the back of a spoon or fork, adding them to the batter
  7. Incorporate the rest of the blueberries into the mixture
  8. Add the white chocolate chips, stirring until the berries and chocolate chips are evenly distributed throughout the mixture
  9. Fill the heart-shaped silicon muffin cups or muffin pan about 1/2 to 2/3 full of batter to ensure that the muffins can rise without spilling! (If using a pan, make sure to prepare it with a non-stick spray or line with parchment paper muffin cups)
  10. Top with extra chocolate chips and berries if desired!
  11. Bake for 30 - 35 minutes, allow to cool, and enjoy!
