Vegan Samoas

A childhood classic the Kakaozon way! Through the years, we all have loved and adored those delicious Girl Scout Cookies. In honor of Girl Scout Day, we made these delicious vegan Samoas with our rich Kakaozon dark chocolate but with the same great taste. This is a no-bake, vegan recipe made with our 72% dark chocolate chips. Try the recipe now!

Ingredients

  1. On a medium heat in a pan, toast your coconut shavings until golden and crispy
  2. In a food processor, blend the oats into a fine consistency
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the oats and toasted coconut
  4. In your food processor again, blend the dates into a slight and thick paste
  5. Add in your dates, vanilla, and salt with the coconut and oats
  6. Place the newly created mixture on a baking sheet and even roll into small balls
  7. Flatten the balls and use a straw to poke a hole in the center
  8. Melt the chocolate chips in a separate container
  9. Dip the bottom of the cookie into the melted chocolate
  10. Drizzle the melted chocolate overtop and enjoy!
