Stuffed Hot Chocolate French Toast

A warm and toasty breakfast is the best way to start your morning. This isn’t just your typical French Toast, this French Toast has a gooey chocolate interior with a crisp, flaky exterior. This recipe is made with our own organic cacao powder which is rich in nutrients and multivitamins. Start off spring right by enjoying a sweet yet healthy breakfast today!



  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons coconut cream
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • Sliced bread of your choice

Chocolate topping


  1. in a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients listed in the batter section
  2. Whisk together until mixture is well combined
  3. In a small pot on medium to low heat, add in the ingredients listed in the chocolate topping section 
  4. Melt down the chocolate chips until a smooth, even consistency is created
  5. On a baking sheet, lay out 4 slices of untoasted bread 
  6. On one slice of bread, add in a scoop of the chocolate topping
  7. Add the second slice of bread on top, sandwiching the two pieces together
  8. Dip both sides of the bread into the batter 
  9. In a separate frying pan, add 1/4 cup coconut oil on a low heat
  10. Fry your french toast until crispy and golden
  11. Add your chocolate topping and enjoy!
