Gluten-Free Oat Brownie

Craving brownies but trying to avoid gluten? Look no further than this recipe! This rich and simple brownie recipe is the easiest way to satisfy your craving without having overly complicated substitutions or steps. Not to mention the recipe is written for a small portion so you won’t have to eat the same dessert for days. Of course, these would be a hit at any event so just triple the recipe for enough to share! Our Organic Cacao Powder really makes this recipe shine, adding a unique flare in the form of a superfood! We recommend using hazelnut milk for a dairy-free alternative with added flavor.

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup of milk (we recommend using hazelnut milk for a delicious, dairy-free treat!)
  • 1 teaspoon of KakaoZon Cacao Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

 

Steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F
  2. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend well
  3. Fill ramekins with the mixture
  4. Bake for 20 minutes
  5. Enjoy!
