Mason Jar Banana Split

Even though the summer is almost over, we wanted to share one last refreshing recipe! Enjoy the end of summer with this simple single serving ice cream recipe! Our Mason Jar Banana Split takes minutes to prepare and can be left to freeze for an amazing treat! Just throw all the ingredients into the blender, freeze in a mason jar, and enjoy this easy overnight sweet treat! Even though we don't recommend ice cream for breakfast, sometimes it's just one of those days. It's the perfect way to end summer!

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons of KakaoZon Cacao Powder
  • ½ rip banana sliced
  • Your favorite KakaoZon Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Covered Items as mix-ins

Steps:

  1. Add the sugar, cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla, salt, whipping cream, and cacao powder to a blender, and blend until the mixture becomes a thick, whipped consistency
  2. Scoop the cream into a mason jar or other sealable container
  3. Add the banana slices, chocolate chips, and other mix-ins before sealing the container, to prevent any overnight spills
  4. Place the sealed container into the freezer and wait at least 4 hours before enjoying this cool treat
