Fudgy Vegan Brownies
A thick fudge center with a bittersweet dark chocolate taste. These vegan brownies are made with all natural ingredients including our 72% dark chocolate chips and cacao powder. After being baked to perfection, the crisp crust has a beautifully glossy shine and pair perfectly with your favorite ice cream!
Ingredients
- 4 1/4 oz dark chocolate chips
- 3 1/2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 355ºF
- In a small pot, combine the chocolate chips with the sunflower oil
- On a medium heat, melt the chocolate chips down completely
- In a separate pot, add in sugar, water, and the melted chocolate chips. Stir well
- In a large bowl, sift in the flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt
- Mix together both the dry and wet ingredients until a thick, fudge-like dough is formed
- Scoop your dough into balls and spread them out on a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 355º for 9-10 minutes, allow to cool and enjoy!
