Fudgy Vegan Brownies

A thick fudge center with a bittersweet dark chocolate taste. These vegan brownies are made with all natural ingredients including our 72% dark chocolate chips and cacao powder. After being baked to perfection, the crisp crust has a beautifully glossy shine and pair perfectly with your favorite ice cream!


  • 4 1/4 oz dark chocolate chips
  • 3 1/2 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 cup + 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt


  1. Preheat your oven to 355ºF
  2. In a small pot, combine the chocolate chips with the sunflower oil
  3. On a medium heat, melt the chocolate chips down completely
  4. In a separate pot, add in sugar, water, and the melted chocolate chips. Stir well
  5. In a large bowl, sift in the flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and salt
  6. Mix together both the dry and wet ingredients until a thick, fudge-like dough is formed
  7. Scoop your dough into balls and spread them out on a greased or parchment paper lined baking sheet
  8. Bake at 355º for 9-10 minutes, allow to cool and enjoy!
