Earl grey Hot Chocolate

In search of a calming yet delicious way to starting your morning or wind down your evening. This Earl Grey Hot Chocolate is made with our rich 63% dark chocolate and when mixed with the creamy milk, it simply just can't be beat. Whether your making this recipe for the whole family or just looking for a warm treat to enjoy just by yourself, this is a drink worth the taste! 


  • 2 Earl Grey tea sachets
  • 63% Dark chocolate
  • 1 cup Milk of your choice
  • 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar 


    1.  In a small saucepan on low heat, warm the milk and heavy cream until small bubbles form
    2. Soak the Earl Grey tea bags in the hot milk
    3. Discard tea bags after soaking thoroughly
    4. On a low heat, stir in the chocolate, sugar, and salt until the chocolate is completely melted
    5. In a tall cup or container, whisk or use a hand-held frother until the cream thickens
    6. In a mug, pour your Earl Grey Hot Chocolate then top with whipped heavy cream. For extra flavor, grater 63% chocolate over-top
