Earl grey Hot Chocolate

This Earl Grey Hot Chocolate is made with our rich 63% dark chocolate and when mixed with the creamy milk, it simply just can't be beat. Whether your making this recipe for the whole family or just looking for a warm treat to enjoy just by yourself, this is a drink worth the taste!
Ingredients
- 2 Earl Grey tea sachets
- 63% Dark chocolate
- 1 cup Milk of your choice
- 1/3 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Steps
- In a small saucepan on low heat, warm the milk and heavy cream until small bubbles form
- Soak the Earl Grey tea bags in the hot milk
- Discard tea bags after soaking thoroughly
- On a low heat, stir in the chocolate, sugar, and salt until the chocolate is completely melted
- In a tall cup or container, whisk or use a hand-held frother until the cream thickens
- In a mug, pour your Earl Grey Hot Chocolate then top with whipped heavy cream. For extra flavor, grater 63% chocolate over-top
