Chocolate Protein Shake

 Ingredients:

  • 25g chocolate protein powder
  • ½ tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup oat milk
  • ½ tablespoon chia seeds

Tip: It helps if you chill the banana a bit before blending

Steps:

  1. Add the protein powder, cacao powder, banana, oat milk, and chia seeds into a blender.
  2. Blend until full combined and a thick, creamy consistency has been achieved.
  3. Pour mixture into a glass, serve, and enjoy!
