Chocolate Protein Bars
Looking for the perfect, low calorie, easy-to-make snack. Well look no further! These healthy chocolate protein bars are the perfect snack for a quick treat on the go or after a great workout. Baked to perfection, these ooey-goey bars are made with our 100% cacao powder to add that rich chocolate flavor. Check out the recipe below!
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup protien powder
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Preparing a baking dish with parchment paper
- Blend all ingredients except chocolate in a food processor
- Transfer batter to a baking dish and smooth into an even layer. Wetting the spatula a bit avoids it sticking to the mixture. Add chocolate chips on top
- Bake for 30 min at 350 F. Let cool for 1 hour
- Store the bars in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or in the freezer for up to 90 days
