Banana Muffins
Blissful, Bold, and Bursting with flavor, It’s banana muffins! Chocolate chip banana muffins are a flavorful and nutritious way to begin your day. The chocolate chips filled with cacao adds in various multivitamins!
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 oat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, smash the 2 large bananas
- Then add in the eggs, coconut sugar, coconut oil, oat milk, and vanilla extract
- Stir until well combined
- In the same bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
- Mix well and add in the chocolate chips
- Place mixture in a muffin pan lined with paper and sprinkle in a few more chocolate chips
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked
