Banana Muffins

Blissful, Bold, and Bursting with flavor, It’s banana muffins! Chocolate chip banana muffins are a flavorful and nutritious way to begin your day. The chocolate chips filled with cacao adds in various multivitamins!


  • 2 large bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips


  1. In a large mixing bowl, smash the 2 large bananas
  2. Then add in the eggs, coconut sugar, coconut oil, oat milk, and vanilla extract
  3. Stir until well combined
  4. In the same bowl, add in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt 
  5. Mix well and add in the chocolate chips
  6. Place mixture in a muffin pan lined with paper and sprinkle in a few more chocolate chips
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until fully cooked
